Criteria for Participation:

Participants must be 18 years or older.

No hospitalization due to mental health disorders in the past year.

Not actively suicidal or experiencing domestic violence, family violence, or sexual assault.

Living in a safe environment conducive to engagement.

Not diagnosed with a server medical or mental health disorder.
